Declan Lawlor was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 1994 and is the founding partner of Lawlor Partners Solicitors & Tax Consultants.

 

He advises many of Irelands leading financial institutions in relation to a wide variety of commercial transactions and litigation up to the value of €30 million Euro. Declan has extensive experience in carrying out security reviews.

 

Declan has also worked extensively in the areas of construction and arbitration litigation and obtained a Diploma in Construction Law from Kings College in London.

 

In addition Declan also represents a number of major developers and has done so for many years. He has extensive experience in the area of property development and related matters.
