Fintan Lawlor was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 1997 and joined the practice as a Partner in 2000. Fintan has a broad and varied litigation practice with extensive experience in handling all aspects of legal matters including Probate Law, Ward of Court, Data Protection Law, Personal Injury and Commercial Law.

 

Fintan has represented clients at the District Court, Circuit Court, High Court and Supreme Court levels from straight forward cases to complex matters to include injunctions and judicial review proceedings. Fintan has extensive experience in litigation matters that don’t always find their way to the Four Courts. We believe in resolving matters before the necessity of Court proceedings. This has involved mediation, arbitration and settlement meetings in order to resolve matters before litigation. Fintan is a seasoned litigator who can bring all of his expertise to bear in the event that litigation is necessary

 

Fintan is appearing before the Smithwick Tribunal of Inquiry to seek representation on behalf of a client. The Smithwick Tribunal of Inquiry has begun hearings with the opening statement on the 7th June 2011.
