Fiona O’Reilly graduated from the University of Limerick with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in European Studies and from the National University of Ireland, Maynooth with a Higher Diploma in Economic Science. She joined the firm in 2005 as a Trainee Solicitor and qualified as a Solicitor in 2008.
Fiona practises in the area of civil and commercial litigation, family law, employment/equality law and licencing law. Fiona has considerable experience in representing clients in various court proceedings before the District, Circuit and High Court to proceedings before the commercial court involving complex commercial issues. Fiona is well versed in the need for protracted negotiations and settlement meetings thereby obviating the need for lengthy and costly court proceedings.
She also specialises in family law, employment and equality law and has represented clients before the family law court, the rights commissioner, the employment appeals tribunal and the equality tribunal.
Fiona is responsible for all licencing matters in the firm and acts for several publicans, hoteliers and restaurateurs in making monthly and annual licencing applications.
